The Tustin Business Center, located at the intersection of Franklin and Walnut Avenues in Tustin, Calif., is one of the top performing business districts in the region. The Center is a part of the Irvine Business Complex, a master planned development. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the 157,000-square-foot center in 2002. The Center is now home to 100 tenants and provides a variety of products and services ranging from martial arts, to catering services and appliance repair.
