Briargate Office Center is a five-story, 159,000-square-foot office building situated on 12.17 acres in Colorado Springs, Colo. This multi-tenant center located at 1755 Telstar Drive was developed with Mutual of New York (MONY) Financial as part of the first phase of the 400-acre center. The architectural design of this property features striking views of Pikes Peak.
Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1988 and broke ground the same year. Construction was completed in 1989.
