Corona Crossroads is an eight-building, 817,000-square-foot industrial business park developed on 39.5 acres in Corona, Calif. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired this property in 2002. The Corona Crossroads site is strategically located near rail access and in close proximity to the 91 and I-15 Freeways.
The business park features dock high and grade level loading, expandable power, calculated sprinkler systems, large fenced-in yard areas, 60-foot concrete truck aprons, increased skylight ratio, institutional landscaping including citrus trees and reduced cost of electrical power from the City of Corona.
In 2005, Birtcher Development & Investments sold the site’s largest building — a 289,297-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse and distribution center — to TA Associates of Menlo Park, Calif. for $20.3 million.
The building located at 1283 Sherborn is occupied by US Foodservice® who signed a 15-year lease for 210,000 square feet of the property.
