Birtcher’s Airport Distribution Center is a five-building warehouse and distribution center situated in Aurora, Colo.
Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1998. Construction was completed in 2001.
The 691,200-square-foot center is home to United Natural Foods®, Bison Building Materials, Public Storage Pick-up & Delivery and U.S. West. It is one of the larger distribution centers near the Denver International Airport.
