Birtcher Development & Investments renovated 400 existing rooms and developed an additional 110-room tower for the Guadalajara Hyatt Regency, located in Guadalajara, Mexico. Birtcher began Hyatt Regency’s new development and renovations in 1991. The project was diligently completed in 1992, after only a year. During its renovation, the hotel remained open and occupied.

The tower was constructed in half the time of two nearby competing developments in the same year — demonstrating how Birtcher’s commitment to excellence has set them above the rest.
