The State Compensation Center is a 312,000-square-foot office tower situated in Santa Ana, Calif. This built-to-suit was the second of three towers within the 1.2 million-square-foot Xerox Center complex.
The State Compensation Center is located at the intersection of the 5 Freeway and Fourth Street. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1993 and broke ground that same year. Construction was completed in 1994.
