Birtcher Business Center, Vancouver is a 1.4 million-square-foot office, industrial and retail power center situated on 216 acres in Vancouver, Wash.  Birtcher Development & Investments, in a joint venture with the Keller Family Trust, broke ground on the project in 2004. Construction is expected to be completed by 2020.
