Pacific Highway Center is a four-story Class A office building in Portland, Ore. totaling 98,796 square feet. The Center will be the largest single footprint office building in Tualatin’s Leveton District. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in fall 2006 and broke ground on the project in summer 2007. Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2008.
The new office building will help propel the Tualatin area’s transition from an industrial to a business community and provide an option for companies whose north-bound commuters currently deal with congested Highway 217 and South Interstate 5.
