Brooke E. Birtcher, the 5th generation member of the family business, serves as the vice president of leasing & property management for Birtcher Development & Investments. Since joining Birtcher in 2007, she is responsible for managing more than 1 million square feet of industrial product in the Inland Empire. Birtcher oversees the design and construction management of tenant improvements, new lease negotiations and renewals, project underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions and market assessment. She also manages Birtcher’s marketing and public relations.
A University of Southern California graduate, Birtcher received her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Ethnicity with a Business/Entrepreneur minor. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and a graduate of the organization’s Young Professionals Group.
