Brooke E. Birtcher, the 5th generation member of the family business, serves as vice president of development operations overseeing the scheduling, budget and project management for the company's regional offices as well as strategic broker relationships nationwide. Since joining Birtcher in 2007, Birtcher has managed more than 2 million square feet of industrial product in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles markets. She has built her expertise in industrial development through leasing, construction management, asset budgeting and valuation as well as underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions.
Birtcher received her BA from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and a graduate of the organization's Young Professionals Group.
