Alan Tuntland serves as senior vice president of construction for Birtcher Development & Investments, drawing on his 34 years of experience in real estate development. Tuntland's responsibilities include managing and consulting on acquisitions, site planning, governmental reviews and entitlement, brownfields redevelopment, design and construction for all Birtcher projects.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Chapman University. Alan is also a current member of the Southern California chapter of NAIOP and holds two California general contractor licenses. |
